You'll have to grant me some leniency in being political since the elections are soooo close. Drudge ran an article about how Howard Dean is taking $5-10 million in loans to put toward close election races. What?!?! What happened to the liberals that were sooo confident they'd "take back the house and senate"? Where'd they go? Sounds like they're panicking scrambling to me! I guess they just weren't raising enough money with their lack of ideas or their bash Bush bullshit. Seems to me like a party that's confident in winning everything shouldn't need to borrow money to try and do it. Drudge also ran a story about Karl Rove and how confident he is in keeping the majority in both houses of congress. He also had a great quote: "This morning, I loved it: The [Associated Press] ran a story saying these Democrat congressional candidates outraised their Republican incumbents in the third quarter. Well, what they didn't say was that part of the reason that they did is that we raised the money earlier so that we'd be able to deploy it," he said.

By the way....anyone notice how badly the liberal media are campaigning for the democrats?!?! I won't even call them democrats anymore....there is no more real democratic party. I'll call them the libs...which should be synonomous with weak, idea-less, irrational, blame America first. The few real democrats that still exist are cast aside by the modern liberal party (i.e. Joe Lieberman). I disagree with mostly everything Lieberman agrees with BUT he has rational reasons for the way he believes and makes sense when he conveys those reasons. John Kerry standing up in a concert where "artists" are comparing the President's name with female genitalia and saying, "This is the TRUE America" is not my idea of rational.

To top it all off, senior republican strategists are saying that Newt Gingrich will be back for 2008 leading the republican party. Not to run for President but to lead the party in some capacity. GOOD. Talk about a SMART dude with unbelievable ideas. Things are looking up!!!!
