The saga continues

Okay so continuing on with the boat saga... You go and out buy a nice boat right? Well then of course you need to go out and buy a whole bunch of stuff to go with it. I went over the weekend and got the following: water skis, tow rope, portable grill, boat bumpers, rope for bumpers, an anchor, an anchor rope, 4 adult life jackets, 2 children's life jackets, various mooring ropes, compass, GPS, assorted fishing stuff, throwable life saving device, map of the lake, folding knife, cooking utensils. One thing I forgot....toilet paper!!!! I actually went out on the boat Sunday. It was crappy weather but me, my wife and daughter went to the marina and they put the boat in the water for me and we went out so they could show me how everything works and let me drive it to make sure I was happy with it. Well I did and I was. Of course I had to slam on the throttle and the bastard stood straight up in the air and took off. Won't be any problem getting a skier up with that hog! Anyway, this Friday I have to bring my wife and little sweety to the airport because they leave for Germany. My dad is coming over and we're going to finish the addition on my shed on Saturday and we're going to go to the lake on Sunday. The docks will be in and I am going to have my boat put into the water for the season and park it at my dock. Then me and the old man are going to take it out and do some fishing. First I need to get a Captain's Hat!
